Chet Noblett - Chairman & CEO

Mr. Noblett has a proven track record in public companies as the Chairman of SkyFrames which deployed VOS technology. Prior to Mr. Noblett’s involvement he was an investor in several technology related companies including Supermarket of the Internet which was one of the first successful internet retail site. Originally, Mr. Noblett founded and ran a successful food brokerage company which he sold in 1991. Long active in politics, Mr. Noblett has spent many years work as a spokesman for companies in the relations with the government in Washington DC. Involved in the communities at city, county, state and federal level, Mr. Noblett has worked for projects to see that they were funded and supported by the various governmental agencies. Mr. Noblett has two grown children.

Tom White - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. White is a retired Mortgage Banking Executive turned entrepreneur.  After thirty years in the mortgage lending industry where Mr. White was an early pioneer of start-up mortgage banking companies in California for Banks and Savings and Loan Associations from other states in the 80’s and 90’s.  He was President and CEO of two of the largest mortgage banks in California during that time.  Mr. White held titles of CEO, President, COO and CFO.  He later started a successful management company as well as owing a nationwide credit reporting company and a nationwide loan document signing company and was an investor in other technology companies.  Mr. White is married and has three grown children. 

Denny Gresham - CTO

Denny Gresham’s career spans over twenty-five years with experience in both U.S. and international telecom markets and has managed engineering and field deployment teams in North America, Costa Rica, Europe, and the Middle East. Denny established the first ATM telemedicine network throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, linking medical facilities with satellite back haul to various universities in the United States. He has managed projects supporting the King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh Saudi Arabia with real time telemedicine suites throughout the world. He also served as senior telecom advisor for Secretary Thomas Grumbly of the Department of Energy, fully redesigning their nationwide video conferencing network.

Denny Gresham is a Subject Matter Expert with deployments in long haul communications including WiMax, WiFi, Cellular, Microwave radio, Satellite communications and Fiber optic networks. Disciplines include wireless technologies, Internet security, RFID and bio metric deployments, data center design and build out with computer network operations; facilities maintenance (fiber, satellite, and microwave) and worldwide telecom network deployments with P&L responsibilities of up to $335M. As a senior business partner, Denny has contributed to several successful IT start up companies worldwide with emphasis in country wide wireless deployments. 

William Lynch - Network Oversight Director

Mr. Lynch has 12 years of experience in wireless telecommunications specializing in wireless network deployment and wireless infrastructure development.  His client list include AT&T (formerly Cingular Wireless), T-Mobile, Sprint, Clearwire, Crown Castle, American Tower, General Dynamic, Bechtel, BCI Communications and ATS Communications.  Mr. Lynch has co-authored wireless master plans for 14 cities located in Southern California.  In addition to holding two Bachelor of Science Degrees from Georgia Institute of Technology, Mr. Lynch holds a Radio Frequency Network Engineer Certificate from the WiMax Forum.

Alvin "Vinnie" Pearson - Vice-President Caribbean and South American Operations

Alvin Pearson retired from GTE (Verizon) in 1998 after 26 years of service. At the time of his retirement he was director of special service staff support. His position was responsible for half a billion dollars, including all policy positions and systems supporting billing service ordering and provisioning for residential, business and wholesale customers for the corporation .

Mr. Pearson began his career in 1972 as a design engineer. He then moved into more managerial and executive positions including director and construction general manager of GTE (Verizon) California.

After retirement Mr. Pearson owned and operated a Nissan and Kia dealerships in Los Angeles and Ventura counties. Mr. Pearson holds an engineering degree and a MBA from Chapman University.

David A. Cassidy - Director of Connectivity

Mr. Cassidy has 18 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Cassidy 18 years ago, was on the design team for the “Bluetooth Project” with partners Toshiba, IBM, PacBell and Nokia, in the same year Mr. Cassidy worked with PacBell and Ford Motor Co, to show the new wireless mobile office in the new Ford Windstar.

David was also part of the Nokia 5000 marketing team, seen in the film “The Saint”. Nokia was the one of the first wireless Internet systems.
